We feel that it is important to provide a means of knowledge transfer to our clients.  Every client has free access to the Knowledge Transfer Platform.  This is a section of our service support application - C9 Servicedesk.  It works to collect the information involved in working each task to resolution.  The collection of information is input into a knowledge-base you can access HERE

Sign in with your ID or Register for a new account.  Once signed in click 'Knowledge Base' on the left hand column.
